Young Earth Creation means the Earth is less than 10,000 years old. The biblical genealogies and historical records support this belief. I now advocate for the Septuagint's chronology as more reliable than the Masoretic Text, which has been corrupted. It follows then that the age of the Earth is about 7,580 years.

The Earth is young, according to biblical accounts, particularly Genesis, despite the unscientific claims of an old Earth. However the New Testament scriptures are all one needs to understand the creation. They also warn against rejecting God's established order which He created.
