Spain is confident it’ll be awarded a massive artificial intelligence data center project by the EU and plans to invest as much as €800 million ($929 million) in it.

Human resources software startup Factorial has raised $150 million in funding at a valuation of $2.5 billion, making it one of the most highly valued startups in Spain.
