Display port problems.

Hi folks I hope I am posting this in the right category. I recenly fished out my old mid 2012 mac pro from the cupboard which I haven't used for a couple of years with the intention of upgrading it so I can use an OS which is newer than High Sierra by installing a metal graphics processor. Edit: it went away as soon as I posted this. I hope it was legit? I did not allow it to be on the safe side..
