I have been listening to a BBC Radio 4 program called Scam Secrets which highlights the security of passkeys. Till now I thought that the fact that I used Apple generated passwords and my fingerprint to access websites meant that I didn't need to worry about switching to passkeys. eBay had already set up a passkey for me using my Gmail address which I rarely use.
