I have an Apple Watch 6 and after going through the apps on the watch I must have inadvertently touched something (I don't know what) but my notifications don't show up and the time,to see both of these I need to press the button on the side of the watch.Any help please

When I set up my Mac, I set 2 passwords: 1 for Microsoft and 1 for Virgin I am unable t0 use these P/W now to access my emails both in Microsoft and Virgin, for different reasons, but cannot delete them would like to know how I have tried but whether it be Virgin or Microsoft, I can get so far in both and am asked to log in, which I cannot do because my P/W are now invalid, any help please
