I updated the OS yesterday to Tahoe 26.5.2.

Today, I noticed that the 1Password app icon in the Dock has been replaced by an opaque "?", and that the app no longer shows in Finder > Application (although the Safari extension app is still there). In Safari, the 1Password extension is still there and still works! Also, everything is fine with 1Password on my iPhone and iPad.

Has anyone had this happen before?

I browse using Safari.

Ever since I updated to Tahoe 26.5.2 a few days ago, I've had an inordinate number of pages that "reloaded because a problem occurred". Prior to that, there were a couple of websites that were prone to this, but now it's almost every website I go to.

Any idea why?
