Dynamic localized domains of metallic glasses enable high-capacity SbBi anodes for potassium-ion batteries

Energy Environ. Sci., 2026, 19,3586-3597
DOI: 10.1039/D6EE01770C, Paper
Xi Liu, Xinying Wang, Yang Liu, Ao Jia, Yi Peng, Wanjie Gao, Bingyan Song, Kunming Yang, Jiarui He, Yuping Wu
As the cycle progresses, the Cu2Sb@SbBi2 anode forms a metallic glasses (MG) interface at the heterojunction, which enables rapid ion transport. The MG at this interface undergoes dynamic, localized changes as the potential varies.
