The mystery of life's origin on Earth remains unsolved. With modern biochemistry tools scientists are no closer to synthesizing life from non-living chemicals despite advanced knowledge and technology, let alone understanding how it could have arisen abiogenetically. The rejection of the Creator has led to foolishness in the wise.

I review the story "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir and the 2026 film. As science it is fundamentally flawed. Life is assumed to have evolved along a line different to the biochemistry we find on Earth. But that is the problem. Life on Earth could only come from an Intelligent Creator.
